All the staff and Dr. Sheppard are really nice, compassionate and professional. A procedure I'd had done in the past with a different dentist and was really unpleasant was really easy with Dr. Sheppard and his assistant. They were kind and patient, fully explained what they were going to do and checked in with me frequently to see how I was tolerating the procedure. I'm really happy with their care.
